Great app. I love how easy it makes it to get in touch with the clinic to order medicine or ask questions. And I love that it allows staff to update me on my pets condition with pictures. Eta: if there was one thing I could suggest it would be to have an option to "archive" past pets, as I'm too soft to be able to delete a profile. maybe an option to add wings to the pet profile?

Fantastic app, so easy to use and contact vets as needed. Requesting repeat meds or making appointments has never been easier. Staff are always nice and polite, the vet Earold is great with my dog. He is the only vet in her 17years she has ever took to, she was like a totally different dog from day one of her visit. Can't recommend them enough.

Quick, easy as texting. The veterinary practice I use is very quick at responding. Great wee vet practice!
What’s new
We gave in-chat payments a proper grooming session: quicker, tidier, and far better behaved. The bugs we found along the way put up less of a fight than a cat in a carrier.
